Youth support
Our youth workers provide information on various issues affecting young people, and can assist in making referrals to appropriate services when required.
We provide referrals for:
- housing;
- education and employment;
- personal and family relationships;
- drug and alcohol;
- health and wellbeing;
- recreation; and
- a wide range of issues.
We run community based programs for young people with a connection to school based programs in our local primary and secondary schools.
Youth workers are available at the Youth Information Centre, on an appointment basis, to provide support to both young people and their families. The service is confidential and free.
We are open from 1pm-6pm Monday to Thursday, and 1pm-5pm Friday.
To make an appointment, you contact us at the Youth Information Centre on 9524 3676 or drop in and see us at 86 Robert Street, Bentleigh.
